What struck me most about the article was the writer’s judgment, from the beginning, that the whole of Rio is totally corrupt and broken. It’s almost as if he’s actively refuting the Olympics bid without mentioning the Olympics once. . .
Interesting point and one that is shared by many across the Internet.
